Regular Season Round 22: Ammerud Bskt - Tromso 86-89

The most exciting game of round 22 in the BLNO took place in Oslo. This derby game ended with only three-point home defeat of 8th ranked Ammerud Bskt (7-14) to sixth ranked Tromso (9-13) 89-86 on Saturday evening. American forward Cam Gregory (203-95, college: Loyola, MD) had a double-double by scoring 34 points (!!!) and 13 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Bahamas forward Kevin Altidor (196-90, college: Young Harris) chipped in 14 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. At the losing side American-Haitian point guard Ilarion Bonhomme (182-91) responded with 29 points, 6 rebounds and 9 assists (made all of his eight free throws) and American guard Armani Cotton (201-91, college: Yale) produced a double-double by scoring 26 points and 11 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Tromso maintains sixth position with 9-13 record. Ammerud Bskt lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the eighth place with 14 games lost. Tromso are looking forward to face Asker Aliens (#9) at home in the next round. Ammerud Bskt will play against Gimle BBK in Bergen and is hoping to prove to their fans that they can break losing series.
