There was no surprise when 16th ranked Soresina Gilbertina (4-16) lost on the road to seventh ranked Vigevano (11-9) 78-63 on Sunday. Vigevano looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists. Power forward Giacomo DellAgnello (199-94) orchestrated the victory by scoring 17 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. Tommaso Milani (190-88, agency: Agency) contributed with 15 points and 6 assists for the winners. Four Vigevano players scored in double figures. Vigevano's coach Paolo Piazza used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Point guard Filippo Guerra (189-97) replied with 18 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists and guard Davide Toffali (196-98) added 15 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Soresina Gilbertina. Vigevano have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain seventh position in B with 11-9 record. Soresina Gilbertina lost fifth consecutive game. Newly promoted team dropped to the fifteenth place with 16 games lost. Vigevano will face Crema (#14) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Soresina Gilbertina will play against Corona Platina and hope to win that game.
