Regular Season Round 22: Dijon - Bourg 84-70

Rather predictable result when third ranked JDA Dijon (18-3) won against at home 5th ranked JL Bourg (13-8) 84-70 on Sunday. JDA Dijon dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to JL Bourg's 30. Quite impressive performance for Nigerian-American guard Rasheed Sulaimon (193-94, college: Maryland) who helped to win the game recording 23 points and 4 assists. Abdoulaye Loum (209-91) contributed with 22 points and 7 rebounds (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field) for the winners. Four JDA Dijon players scored in double figures. Power forward Pierre Pelos (205-92) replied with 17 points and 6 rebounds and American center Zachery Peacock (203-87, college: Georgia Tech) added 16 points and 4 assists in the effort for JL Bourg. JDA Dijon have an impressive 11-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Monaco. Loser JL Bourg keeps the fifth position with eight games lost. JDA Dijon will face Chorale de Roanne (#14) on the road in the next round which should be an easy win for them. JL Bourg will play against Pau-Lacq-Orthez (#10) and hope to win that game.
