No shocking result in a game when first ranked Tessilform Bernareggio (19-2) outleveled at home 15th ranked Varese Robur (4-17) 88-67 on Saturday. Tessilform Bernareggio dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Varese Robur's 40. Tessilform Bernareggio had a 29-18 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Tessilform Bernareggio made 7 blocks. Swingman Stefano Laudoni (197-89) stepped up and scored 16 points and 6 rebounds for the winners and Patrick Gatti (198-1) chipped in 18 points (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field).
