Not a big story in a game when 10th ranked SMS PZKosz (4-12) was outscored by third ranked Notec Inowr. (12-4) in Inowroclaw 90-58 on Saturday. Notec Inowr. dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to SMS PZKosz's 36. Notec Inowr. forced 21 SMS PZKosz turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists. It was a good game for center Michal Sadlo (205-94) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds. Point guard Aleksander Filipiak (185-90) contributed with 8 points, 5 rebounds, 12 assists and 7 steals for the winners. Four Notec Inowr. players scored in double figures. Adrian Sobkowiak (188-1) answered with 19 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists and center Szymon Zapala (210-1) added 7 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 blocks in the effort for SMS PZKosz. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Notec Inowr. maintains third place with 12-4 record having nine points less than leader Slask 2 WRC. SMS PZKosz lost their third game in a row. They keep the tenth position with 12 games lost. Notec Inowr. will face Biofarm 2 (#11) in Poznan in the next round and are hoping to win another game. SMS PZKosz will play at home against Politechnika Gd. and hope to win that game.
