Regular Season Round 23: ASVEL - Levallois 69-79

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of top-ranked ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket (19-3) at the home court on Sunday night. Hosts were defeated by fourth ranked Levallois (16-6) 79-69. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket. 26 personal fouls committed by ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Defending champion ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket still keeps top position with three games lost. They share it with Dijon and Monaco. Levallois are looking forward to face SIG Strasbourg (#10) at home in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket will play against Chalon/Saor (#14) and is hoping to win this game.
