Very expected game in Aldeota where 15th ranked SKY/Basquete (4-19) was defeated by eleventh ranked Paschoalotto/Bauru (10-11) 83-78 on Friday. SKY/Basquete was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a great evening for power forward Renato Carbonari (206-87) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds. The former international point guard Larry Taylor (185-80, college: Missouri Western) helped adding 18 points and 5 rebounds. Four Paschoalotto/Bauru players scored in double figures. Paschoalotto/Bauru's coach Demetrius Ferraciu used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. American point guard Dontrell Brite (175-94, college: Mount Olive) responded with 23 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and Alex Oliveira (196-83) scored 19 points. Paschoalotto/Bauru moved-up to tenth place, which they share with Paulistano. SKY/Basquete lost third consecutive game. They keep the fifteenth position with 19 games lost.
