The game in Nassjo supposed to be also quite interesting. Second ranked BC Lulea (23-6) played at the court of 8th ranked Nassjo (10-19). BC Lulea smashed Nassjo 98-75 on Friday. The game without a history. BC Lulea led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. It was an exceptional evening for American guard Quinton Upshur (196-93, college: NAU) who led the winners and scored 29 points. Pelle Larsson (189-1) accounted for 18 points and 4 assists for the winning side. Forward Abdou Medjedoub (198-93) came up with 11 points and 9 rebounds and the former international point guard Valter Lindstrom (186-95) added 10 points and 6 assists respectively for Nassjo in the defeat. Four BC Lulea and five Nassjo players scored in double figures. Nassjo's coach Joakim Kallman gave up on the game allowing to play twelve players seeing no chance for a win. The victory was the fifth consecutive win for BC Lulea. They maintain second place with 23-6 record behind leader Boras. Nassjo at the other side keeps the eighth position with 19 games lost. BC Lulea will meet KFUM Jamtland (#6) in the next round. Nassjo will play against Norrkoping Dolphins and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
