Croatian forward David Skara (203-95, college: Clemson) had a double-double by scoring 10 points and 10 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and point guard Francisco Cardenas (177-90) chipped in 11 points and 4 assists during the contest. Magia Huesca's coach Guillermo Arenas used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. At the losing side forward Jacobo Diaz (206-96, college: Indiana, PA) responded with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 13 rebounds and American guard Romone Saunders (190-95, college: Wagner) scored 9 points and 6 rebounds.
