No shocking result in a game when fifth ranked Zamorano (13-9) beat at home 7th ranked Moron (10-12) 87-78 on Saturday. Zamorano made 18-of-21 free shots (85.7 percent) during the game. Zamorano outrebounded Moron 34-20 including 26 on the defensive glass. Quite impressive performance for American guard Bryce Canda (193-95, college: Portland St.) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds. Forward Walter Cabral (200-95, agency: Dynamics Global Management) contributed with 12 points for the winners. Worth to mention Canda played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped get the job in pro basketball. Five Zamorano players scored in double figures. British Josh Steel (194-97, college: Duquesne) replied with 16 points and point guard Diego Gallardo (192-96, agency: Interperformances) added 12 points in the effort for Moron. Moron's coach Antonio Lopez rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Zamorano moved-up to fourth place in Silver. Loser Moron dropped to the ninth position with 12 games lost.
