Not a big story in a game when 10th ranked Albino (9-11) was defeated at home by fifth ranked Carugate (12-7) 50-43. It was a good game for Bosnian power forward Natasa Tomasovic (185-93, agency: SPORTlab Agency) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 12 rebounds. Swingman Sara Canova (174-89, agency: SPORTlab Agency) contributed with 18 points for the winners. Polish forward Klaudia Grudzien (184-90) answered with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 17 rebounds and forward Patrizia De-Gianni (190-88) added 4 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Albino. Carugate maintains fifth place in A2 with 12-7 record. Albino at the other side keeps the tenth position with 11 games lost. Carugate's next round opponent will be higher ranked Alpo VF (#3) in Verona and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Albino will play on the road against Vicenza (#15) and hope to win that game.
