No shocking result in a game in Aanekoski where fifth ranked Huima (11-6) won against 12th ranked Pyrinto Ak.B (3-15) 68-55 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by Huima. Pyrinto Ak.B was better in fourth quarter 21-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Pyrinto Ak.B to just 5 points in third quarter. Huima dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Pyrinto Ak.B's 24. They outrebounded Pyrinto Ak.B 58-31 including a 41-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. Newly promoted Pyrinto Ak.B keeps the twelfth position with 15 games lost. Huima will face Namika Lr (#9) in Lappeenranta in the next round where they are favorite. Pyrinto Ak.B will play at home against Westside ET and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
