The game between closely ranked teams ended with 10th ranked MuKi's (5-11) home loss to ninth ranked Kristika Turku (7-11) 76-89 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by Kristika Turku. The best for the losing side was power forward Emil Uotila (198-0) with 21 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and guard Robin Avist (191-0) scored 24 points. MuKi's coach Jukka-Pekka Erakangas let to play ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Kristika Turku moved-up to eighth place in Division. Loser MuKi dropped to the eleventh position with 11 games lost. Kristika Turku will face higher ranked Korikouvot (#5) in Kouvola in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. MuKi's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Helsinki to the arena HNMKY.
