The game between closely ranked teams ended with 12th ranked FoKoPo's (3-15) road loss to eleventh ranked Raiders Basket (6-11) 64-102 on Sunday. The game without a history. Raiders Basket led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to FoKoPo's 22. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by FoKoPo's players. American power forward Julius Brooks (206-90, college: Loyola, MD) had a double-double by scoring 24 points and 20 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and the other American import swingman Justin Taylor (198-96, college: Sioux Falls, agency: One Motive Sports) chipped in 26 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Five Raiders Basket players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American power forward Jarett Croff (208, college: AUM, agency: Haylett Sports) with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 13 rebounds and guard Johan Kotavuo (187-96) scored 13 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Raiders Basket moved-up to tenth place in Division. Loser FoKoPo keeps the twelfth position with 15 games lost. Raiders Basket will face higher ranked Oulun NMKY (#4) on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game.
