The game between closely ranked teams ended with ninth ranked Salou's (10-8) home victory over bottom-ranked JAC Sants (6-12) 68-62 on Sunday. Salou forced 19 JAC Sants turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Gerard Santiago (185-92) who helped to win the game recording 15 points and guard Gonzalo Balta (-95) who added 11 points and 4 steals during the contest. Ferran Mas (193-97) responded with 21 points and 5 rebounds and swingman Pablo Beiran (191-92) scored 8 points and 9 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Salou moved-up to eighth place in Group C-B. JAC Sants lost third consecutive game.
