Premier League top team - Tsmoki-Minsk (3-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed fifth ranked Victoria (0-5) in Grodno 81-52. The game without a history. Tsmoki-Minsk led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Tsmoki-Minsk forced 23 Victoria turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. American power forward Oderah Chidom (193-95, college: Duke) orchestrated the victory by scoring 17 points and 5 rebounds. Guard Irina Venskaya (170-2) contributed with 13 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Four Tsmoki-Minsk players scored in double figures. Point guard Yana Iahnovets (169-1) answered with 14 points and forward Anastasia Feklistova (178-2) added 9 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Victoria. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Tsmoki-Minsk have a solid series of three victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 3-0 record, which they share with Gorizont II. Victoria at the other side still closes the standings with five games lost. Tsmoki-Minsk's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Minsk to the arena Gorizont.
