Even 9 points, 11 rebounds and 4 blocks by the former international center Taru Tuukkanen (192-77, college: Xavier) did not help to save the game for Forssan Alku. International forward Petra Noponen (174-96) added 9 points and 5 rebounds for lost side. Kouvottaret used an opportunity after PeKa lost their game and moved up joining them at the top position. Forssan Alku at the other side dropped to the fourth place with eight games lost. They share the position with Catz. Kouvottaret will play against Catz Lappeenranta (#5) at home in the next round. Forssan Alku will play against Tapiolan Honka and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
