Regular Season Round 19: Pagrati - Psychiko 73-59

We should mention about the upset which took place in Athens, where 4th placed Psychiko (11-8) lost to thirteenth ranked Pagrati (6-11) in a road game 59-73 on Saturday. Pagrati dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Psychiko's 28. They outrebounded Psychiko 53-32 including a 36-25 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great evening for Montenegrin center Milovan Draskovic (211-95, agency: Interperformances) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 29 points and 21 rebounds. Point guard Yiannis Tzivelekas (180-96) helped adding 16 points and 4 assists. At the losing side swingman Antonis Mantzaris (193-86) responded with 18 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and point guard Iakovos Milentigievits (185-97) scored 19 points. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Pagrati moved-up to twelfth place. Loser Psychiko keeps the fourth position with eight games lost. They share it with Eleftheroupoli. Pagrati's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Athens to the arena Dafni.
