Regular Season Round 17: Zaprude - Rudes 67-87

Rather predictable result when ninth ranked Bulldogs (7-9) smashed on the road bottom-ranked Zaprude (2-15) 87-67. Bulldogs forced 23 Zaprude turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. Forward Ivan Nakic-Vojnovic (206-99) nailed a double-double by scoring 17 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side and forward Hrvoje Garfolic (196-90) accounted for 10 points, 10 rebounds and 7 assists. Four Bulldogs players scored in double figures. Center Antonio Vlaic (205-91) came up with 7 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists and forward Benamin Bucaj (200-93) added 11 points and 6 rebounds respectively for Zaprude in the defeat. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Bulldogs moved-up to eighth place. Zaprude lost twelfth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 15 games lost. Bulldogs' supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Zagreb Sesvete.
