Very expected game when 12th ranked Cortegada (4-15) was smashed on the road by third ranked Universitario de Ferrol (15-4) 88-54 on Sunday. Universitario de Ferrol forced 23 Cortegada turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. It was a very good performance for swingman Marta Tudanca (182-90) who helped to win the game recording 15 points. American-South African forward Sune Swart (190-95, college: Bucknell) contributed with 8 points and 10 rebounds for the winners.
