Very predictable result when fifth ranked Nanterre (15-7) beat at home 10th ranked Chalons-Reims (9-13) 94-90 on Tuesday. However just four-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Nanterre outrebounded Chalons-Reims 38-25 including 28 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was guard Anthony Da-Silva (186-1) who scored 17 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals.
