An interesting game for Wizards (21-36) which hosted in Washington one of their biggest challengers Nets (26-31). Third ranked Wizards managed to get a 4-point victory 110-106. Strangely Nets outrebounded Wizards 56-39 including a 41-30 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Nets were plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a good game for Bradley Beal (196-93, college: Florida) who led his team to a victory with 30 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Japanese forward Rui Hachimura (203-98, college: Gonzaga) contributed with 17 points for the winners. Wizards' coach allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Guard Caris LeVert (201-94, college: Michigan) replied with 34 points (!!!), 6 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals and center DeAndre Jordan (211-88, college: Texas A&M) added 16 points and 16 rebounds in the effort for Nets. Four Nets players scored in double figures. Wizards maintains third position with 21-36 record having twenty one points less than leader Toronto R. Loser Nets keep the fourth place with 31 games lost.
