Very important is a road loss of third ranked 76ers (36-23) against fifth ranked Cavaliers (17-41) on Wednesday night. Visiting 76ers were defeated by Cavaliers in Cleveland 108-94. They outrebounded 76ers 49-32 including a 40-24 advantage in defensive rebounds. Cavaliers players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Larry Nance-Jr (203-93, college: Wyoming) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 13 points and 15 rebounds and guard Collin Sexton (191-99, college: Alabama) who added 28 points during the contest. The best for the losing side was guard Shake Milton (198-96, college: SMU) with 20 points and 4 assists and guard Josh Richardson (198-93, college: Tennessee) scored 9 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. 76ers' coach rotated eleven players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Cavaliers maintains fifth position with 17-41 record, which they share with New York K. 76ers at the other side dropped to the second place with 23 games lost. They share the position with Dallas M.. Cavaliers will have a break next day, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. 76ers will play at home against Knicks and hope to get back on the winning track.
