Regular Season Round 21: GTK Gliwice - Trefl 71-99

Everything went according to plan in Gliwice where sixth ranked Trefl (11-10) outscored 13th ranked GTK (7-14) 99-71. Trefl dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to GTK's 32. Trefl forced 19 GTK turnovers. They shot the lights out from three nailing 13 long-distance shots on high 52.0 percentage. Trefl players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. It was a good game for American point guard Carlos Medlock (183-87, college: EMU) who led his team to a victory with 17 points and 5 assists. Lithuanian Martynas Paliukenas (191-93, agency: Octagon Europe) contributed with 13 points, 5 assists and 4 steals for the winners. Five Trefl players scored in double figures.
