We could consider it a predictable result in the game between close teams when tenth ranked Olivar (8-12) won against 9th ranked Badalones (9-11) in Zaragoza 88-77 on Saturday. Quite impressive performance for power forward Aitor Etxeguren (205-2) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 27 points and 14 rebounds (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field). Swingman Christian Hernandez (192-3) contributed with 28 points for the winners. Olivar's coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Juan-Carlos Vicente (198-96) replied with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 12 rebounds and guard Aleix Haro-Val (188-1) added 21 points in the effort for Badalones. Four Badalones players scored in double figures. Olivar maintains tenth position in Group C-B with 8-12 record. Badalones lost fourth consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the ninth place with 11 games lost. Olivar will face Barbera (#12) in Barcelona in the next round.
