Liga Endesa top team - FC Barcelona (18-4) managed to deliver another win on Sunday. This time they beat thirteenth ranked La ICL Manresa (9-13) 86-74. FC Barcelona dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to La ICL Manresa's 34. American center Brandon Davies (208-91, college: BYU, agency: BeoBasket) scored 24 points and 5 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and the former international Nikola Mirotic (208-91) chipped in 14 points during the contest. At the losing side American center David Kravish (209-92, college: California) responded with 15 points and 9 rebounds and Serbian point guard Aleksandar Cvetkovic (188-93, agency: BeoBasket) scored 12 points. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. FC Barcelona have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 18-4 record. La ICL Manresa at the other side dropped to the twelfth place with 13 games lost. They share the position with Joventut and Obradoiro. FC Barcelona are looking forward to face bottom-ranked Movil Estudiantes (#18) in Madrid in the next round which should be an easy win for them.
