There was a minor upset in Los Angeles where their close opponent Bucks (53-10) were defeated by first ranked Lakers (48-13) 113-103 on Friday. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Lakers made 31-of-38 free shots (81.6 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 Bucks turnovers. Bucks were plagued by 32 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was LeBron James (203-84) who scored 37 points (!!!), 8 rebounds and 8 assists. Center Anthony Davis (208-93, college: Kentucky) chipped in 30 points and 9 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was Greek-Nigerian swingman Giannis Antetokounmpo (211-94, agency: Octagon Europe) who recorded a double-double by scoring 32 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists and guard Donte DiVincenzo (196-97, college: Villanova) added 17 points and 4 assists respectively. Five Bucks players scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Lakers have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain first place with 48-13 record which they share with defeated Bucks. Loser Bucks still keep top position with ten games lost.
