Regular Season Round 6: Dallas Skyline - Albany P. 112-106

An interesting game for Dallas Skyline (9-4) which hosted in Dallas 4th ranked Albany P. (6-3). First ranked Dallas Skyline managed to get a 6-point victory 112-106. Dallas Skyline made 27-of-35 charity shots (77.1 percent) during the game. Albany P. was plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. Point guard Daylon Guy (183-92, college: Tarleton St.) scored 31 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists (went 11 for 11 at the free throw line !!!) to lead the charge for the winners and guard DK Eldridge (191-92, college: N.Mexico St.) chipped in 21 points and 4 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was guard Paris Collins (193, college: Jackson St.) with 23 points and 5 rebounds and Jamaican-American center Anthony Allen (213-92, college: Oklahoma St.) produced a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Dallas Skyline maintains first position with 9-4 record. Defending champion Albany P. keeps the fourth place with three games lost. Dallas Skyline will play against Gulf Coast L. (#9) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Albany P. will play against Raleigh F. (#10) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
