Important game to mention about took place in Holon. Fourth ranked Hapoel Holon (12-9) saved a 1-point victory at home edging one of their biggest challengers Rishon (13-8) 105-104 on Monday evening. Strangely Rishon outrebounded Hapoel Holon 53-34 including a 40-29 advantage in defensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. American guard Manny Harris (196-89, college: Michigan, agency: Network Sports International) saved the victory by scoring 35 points (!!!) and 9 rebounds. International TJ Cline (206-94, college: Richmond) contributed with 18 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. American guard DAngelo Harrison (193-93, college: St.John's, agency: 3Eye) replied with a double-double by scoring 24 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists and his fellow American import guard Alex Hamilton (193-93, college: Louisiana Tech, agency: 3Eye) added 30 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Rishon. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Hapoel Holon maintains fourth position with 12-9 record. Rishon at the other side keeps the third place with eight games lost. Hapoel Holon will play against league's second-placed Hapoel Jerusalem at home in the next round and it may be the game of the week.
