An interesting game took place in Vichy where higher ranked JA Vichy (10-13) was upset on its own court by seventeenth ranked Saint-Quentin (7-16) 97-89. David Denave (193-85) answered with 22 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and the former international Jordan Aboudou (201-91) added 15 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for JA Vichy. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Newly promoted Saint-Quentin maintains seventeenth place with 7-16 record. JA Vichy at the other side dropped to the eleventh position with 13 games lost. Saint-Quentin's next round opponent will be higher ranked Paris (#13) at home and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
