Regular Season Round 11: Yulon Luxgen - Jutai Techn. 108-96

Rather expected game when 5th ranked Jutai Techn. (3-18) was defeated by second ranked Yulon Luxgen (12-9) 108-96 on Sunday. Yulon Luxgen looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. It was a great evening for American point guard Marcus Keene (180-95, college: Cent Michigan) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 30 points, 9 rebounds and 14 assists. Indian-Canadian center Sim Bhullar (226-92, college: N.Mexico St.) helped adding 23 points and 11 rebounds. Four Yulon Luxgen players scored in double figures. American center Nicholas Evans (210-88, college: S.Indiana) responded with a double-double by scoring 34 points (!!!), 12 rebounds and 6 assists and forward Ying-Fong Li (193-93) scored 14 points. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Yulon Luxgen have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain second place with 12-9 record having just two points less than leader Taiwan Beer. Jutai Techn. lost eighth consecutive game. Newly promoted team stay at the bottom position with 18 games lost. Yulon Luxgen will face again bottom-ranked Jutai Techn. (#5) in the next round. Jutai Techn. will play against the league's leader Taiwan Beer and hope to win that game.
