Rather expected game when 5th ranked RETAbet BB (1-4) was defeated by third ranked Unicaja Malaga (3-2) 78-65. The game was mostly controlled by Unicaja Malaga. RETAbet BB was better in second period 26-22. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. American guard Josh Adams (188-93, college: Wyoming) orchestrated the victory by scoring 19 points. International guard Dario Brizuela (196-94) contributed with 16 points for the winners. Czech center Ondrej Balvin (217-92, agency: Octagon Europe) answered with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 11 rebounds and French point guard Jonathan Rousselle (188-90) added 14 points and 7 assists in the effort for RETAbet BB. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Unicaja Malaga moved-up to second place in Endesa. Newly promoted RETAbet BB dropped to the sixth position with four games lost.
