Second ranked Hapoel Jerusalem (22-6) crushed at home 8th ranked Hapoel Holon (12-16) by 35 points 102-67, which is the biggest margin this round on Sunday night. Hapoel Jerusalem outrebounded Hapoel Holon 45-26 including 17 on the offensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was American center Emanuel Terry (206-96, college: LMU) who had a double-double by scoring 12 points and 12 rebounds. International Nimrod Levi (208-95) chipped in 16 points and 7 rebounds. Five Hapoel Jerusalem players scored in double figures. American forward Jimmy Hall (203-94, college: Kent St.) produced 20 points and 6 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field) and the other American import Shavon Coleman (196-92, college: LSU) added 10 points respectively for the guests. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Hapoel Jerusalem maintains second place with 22-6 record having just two points less than leader Maccabi T-A. Hapoel Holon lost seventh consecutive game. They keep the eighth position with 16 games lost.
