Regular Season Round 3: Fraser Valley - Saskatchewan 87-77

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Saskatchewan (1-1) on the court of Fraser Valley on Tuesday night. Visitors were defeated by Fraser Valley 87-77. Fraser Valley forced 25 Saskatchewan turnovers. 24 personal fouls committed by Saskatchewan helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a good game for American forward Cameron Forte (201-93, college: Portland St., agency: Interperformances) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 30 points and 10 rebounds. Guard Marek Klassen (186-92, college: PLNU) contributed with 13 points and 5 assists for the winners. Point guard Kemy Osse (185-93, college: UALR) answered with 13 points and 7 rebounds and American guard Kevin Bracy-Davis (201-95, college: Davis & Elkins) added 19 points in the effort for Saskatchewan. Four Saskatchewan players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Fraser Valley are looking forward to face Ottawa (#7) at home in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Saskatchewan will have a break next round.
