An interesting game for Magic (31-35) which played road game in Brooklyn against 4th ranked Nets (30-35). Second ranked Magic managed to get a 10-point victory 128-118. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Nets. Magic made 25-of-28 charity shots (89.3 percent) during the game. French swingman Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot (201-95, agency: BeoBasket) produced 24 points and guard Caris LeVert (201-94, college: Michigan) added 17 points and 7 assists respectively for lost side. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Magic have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 31-35 record having twelve points less than leader Toronto R. Nets at the other side keep the fourth place with 35 games lost.
