Regular Season Round 142: Sacramento K. - N.Orleans P. 140-125

Everything could happen in Sacramento at the game between two tied teams. Both fourth ranked Kings and 5th ranked Pelicans had identical 28-39 record. This time Kings used a home court advantage and beat the opponent from New Orleans 140-125 on Thursday night. Kings made 16-of-20 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. They shot the lights out from three sinking 23 long-distance shots on high 59.0 percentage. Kings looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists. Quite impressive performance for guard De'Aaron Fox (192-97, college: Kentucky) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 30 points and 10 assists. Serbian swingman Bogdan Bogdanovic (198-92) contributed with 35 points (!!!) for the winners. Brandon Ingram (206-97, college: Duke) replied with 24 points and forward Zion Williamson (202-0, college: Duke) added 24 points (made all of his ten free throws !!!) (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field) in the effort for Pelicans. Five Kings and four Pelicans players scored in double figures. Kings maintains fourth position with 29-39 record. Loser Pelicans keep the fifth place with 40 games lost. Kings will face Nets (#4) in Brooklyn in the next day. Pelicans will play on the road against Wizards in Washington and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
