Regular Season Round 142: Dallas M. - LA Clippers 111-126

An interesting game for Clippers (46-21) which played road game in Dallas against their close opponent Mavericks (41-30). Second ranked Clippers had an easy win 126-111. They made 16-of-20 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Clippers shot the lights out from three sinking 23 long-distance shots on high 59.0 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists. Forward Kawhi Leonard (201-91, college: San Diego St.) notched 29 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the effort and swingman Paul George (206-90, college: Fresno St.) supported him with 24 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. Even 30 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists (made all of his nine free throws !!!) by Latvian power forward Kristaps Porzingis (221-95) did not help to save the game for Mavericks. Slovenian guard Luka Doncic (201-99) added 29 points and 6 assists for lost side. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Clippers maintains second position with 46-21 record having just two points less than leader Toronto R. which they share with defeated Mavericks. Loser Mavericks keep the second place with 30 games lost.
