Leader Storm delivered the ninth victory. This time they beat 6th ranked Wings (3-7) 83-65. Storm dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Wings' 30 and made 16-of-19 charity shots (84.2 percent) during the game. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Breanna Stewart (193-94, college: UConn, agency: Wasserman) who helped to win the game recording 21 points and 6 rebounds. Israeli-American forward Alysha Clark (178-87, college: MTSU) contributed with 15 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Guard Arike Ogunbowale (173-97, college: Notre Dame) answered with 22 points and guard Marina Mabrey (180-96, college: Notre Dame, agency: Wasserman) added 13 points and 4 assists in the effort for Wings. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Storm (9-1) have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. They maintain first place. Wings lost third consecutive game. They keep the sixth position with seven games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
