Aaguacateros smashed Astros in Michoacan 101-75. 24 personal fouls committed by Astros helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American forward Rodney Green (183-88, college: La Salle) fired 21 points for the winners. His fellow American import center Jerome Meyinsse (208-88, college: Virginia) chipped in 12 points and 8 rebounds. American Brandon Robinson (196-89, college: Clayton St.) produced 19 points and 7 rebounds and Panamanian center Ernesto Oglivie (198-89) added 13 points and 8 rebounds respectively for lost side. Five Aaguacateros and four Astros players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Astros will have a break next week, which should allow them to rest in order to get back on the winning path. Aaguacateros will try to continue on its current victory against Astros in Guadalajara.
