Regular Season Round 1: Yamanashi QB - Aishin AW 64-75

Quite upsetting was Yamanashi QB's home defeat in a game versus Aishin AW 75-64. Point guard Chinatsu Umeki (168-0) fired 18 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. International Kiho Miyashita (178-98) chipped in 9 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Guard Uchibori Murasaki (165-94) produced 19 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals and forward Nago Mizuno (171-94) added 19 points respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Aishin AW will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Yamanashi QB will play again against Aishin AW and hope to win that game.
