But Bielsko-Biala was not able to use a home court advantage and was defeated by the opponent from Krakow 83-73 on Saturday night. UR Krakow looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Jaroslaw Gizynski (196-99) stepped up and scored 21 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners and point guard Marcin Siwak (182-97) chipped in 16 points. At the losing side guard Grzegorz Szybowicz (187-86) responded with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 5 rebounds and 11 assists and Sebastian Dusilo (198-92) scored 15 points and 8 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Four Bielsko-Biala players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. UR Krakow will face AZS AWF Mick. in Katowice in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Bielsko-Biala will play on the road against Polonia Bytom and hope to win that game.
