Regular Season Round 2: Chalons-Reims - ASVEL 57-78

The game in Reims supposed to be also worth to mention about. ASVEL (2-0) played at the court of Chalons-Reims (0-1). ASVEL smashed Chalons-Reims 78-57. ASVEL forced 23 Chalons-Reims turnovers. It was a great evening for guard Kymany Houinsou (196-4) who led his team to a victory scoring 21 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Elwin Ndjock (200-1) helped adding 14 points and 5 steals. The best for the losing side was Maxime Semelet (199-2) with 13 points (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) and forward Thomas Klein (195-2) scored 9 points and 4 steals. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. ASVEL will play against Bourg (#17) at home in the next round which should be another easy win for them. Chalons-Reims will play against Dijon (#13) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
