The game between Top Four teams took place in Queretaro. 4th placed host Libertadores (4-5) lost to first ranked Aaguacateros (8-1) 107-99. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Libertadores. Aaguacateros shot 61.9 percent from the field. They shot the lights out from three sinking 13 long-distance shots on high 54.2 percentage. The best player for the winners was Argentinian forward Facundo Pinero (202-88) who scored 18 points and 9 rebounds. American center Jerome Meyinsse (208-88, college: Virginia) chipped in 18 points and 8 rebounds. Five Aaguacateros players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was American guard Stedmon Lemon (198-92, college: JCSU) who recorded 39 points (!!!) and 8 rebounds (went 10 for 10 at the free throw line !!!) and the other American import Jordan Adams (196-94, college: UCLA) added 27 points (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line) respectively. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Aaguacateros. They maintain first place with 8-1 record. Loser Libertadores keep the fourth position with five games lost. They share it with Plateros. Aaguacateros will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Libertadores will play again against the league's leader Aaguacateros (#1) and hope to secure a win.
