The game in Matsuyama was also quite interesting. Nishinomiya S. played at the court of Orange Vikings. Nishinomiya S. did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 86-68 on Friday. Nishinomiya S. dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Orange Vikings' 34. Nishinomiya S. forced 23 Orange Vikings turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. American power forward Alex Jones (206-87, college: Seattle) fired 24 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals for the winners. Point guard Noriaki Dohara (178-89) chipped in 12 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists.
