Regular Season Round 2: Stal Ostrow 2 - Katy Wroc. 66-89

There was no surprise when Stal Ostrow 2 was crushed at home by Katy Wroc. 89-66 on Saturday. Katy Wroc. forced 24 Stal Ostrow 2 turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Stal Ostrow 2's players. The best player for the winners was swingman Grzegorz Kaczmarek (193-83) who scored 19 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Kacper Kuta (196-94) chipped in 14 points and 8 rebounds. Guard Lukasz Wojciechowski (184-88) produced 24 points and 4 steals and guard Mikolaj Zaremba (180-3) added 9 points and 8 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Katy Wroc. will face Rycerze in Rydzyna in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Stal Ostrow 2 will play on the road against Gimbasket in Wroclaw and hope to win that game.
