Regular Season Round 7: HydroTruck - Enea Astoria 72-85

There was a small surprise when thirteenth ranked Enea Astoria (2-4) won against on the road 11th ranked HydroTruck Radom (2-5) 85-72 on Wednesday. They outrebounded HydroTruck Radom 47-31 including 18 on the offensive glass. Quite impressive performance for the former international swingman Michal Chylinski (196-86, agency: Interperformances) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and 5 assists. American guard Corey Sanders (188-97, college: Rutgers) contributed with 17 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Mikolaj Kurpisz (205-98) answered with 9 points and 10 rebounds and Aleksander Lewandowski (196-0, agency: Octagon Europe) added 12 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for HydroTruck Radom. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Enea Astoria moved-up to eleventh place. Loser HydroTruck Radom dropped to the twelfth position with five games lost. Enea Astoria will face league's leader Zastal Enea BC in Zielona Gora in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. HydroTruck Radom will play at home against Trefl (#7) and hope to win that game.
