The game in Chengdu supposed to be also worth to mention about. Top-ranked Inner M. (5-0) played at the court of 5th ranked Blue Whales (4-2). Inner M. smashed Blue Whales 90-66. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Blue Whales. They outrebounded Blue Whales 50-34 including 22 on the offensive glass. Inner M. players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Blue Whales' players. It was a good game for international center Yueru Yueru (201-99) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 36 points (!!!) and 18 rebounds. International Sijing Huang (192-96) contributed with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Four Inner M. players scored in double figures. The former international Song Song (188-92) replied with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 12 rebounds and forward Xuitong Zhao (185-93) added 18 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Blue Whales. Blue Whales' coach gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Inner M. have an impressive five-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place. Blue Whales at the other side keep the fifth position with two games lost. Inner M.'s next round opponent will be bottom-ranked Wuhan (#17) which should be another easy win for them. Blue Whales will play against Flame (#4) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
