Regular Season Round 4: AZS UJK - Legia 2 79-89

Very predictable result in Kielce where top-ranked Legia 2 (4-0) defeated bottom-ranked AZS UJK (0-3) 89-79 on Saturday. They outrebounded AZS UJK 39-26 including 32 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Przemyslaw Kuzkow (185-99, agency: Alti Sport) who helped to win the game recording 34 points (!!!) and 7 rebounds and Benjamin Didier-Urbaniak (196-1) who added 22 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. At the losing side Maciej Parszewski (195-94) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 10 rebounds and 7 assists and Piotr Osiakowski (197-92) scored 17 points. Four AZS UJK players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Legia 2 have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain first position in Group B with 4-0 record. Loser AZS UJK still closes the standings with three games lost. Legia 2 will face Kutno (#9) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. AZS UJK will play against LKS Lodz and looks forward to get finally their first victory.
