Toulouse can celebrate their first win this season.They used home court advantage to defeat CFBB (0-4) 69-44. They outrebounded CFBB 40-26 including 30 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Noemie Brochant (178-99) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 15 points and 13 rebounds. Guard Isabelle Strunc (180-91) contributed with 15 points for the winners. Four Toulouse players scored in double figures. Sara Roumy (180-3) replied with 12 points and Dayana Mendes (-4) added 11 points in the effort for CFBB. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Toulouse maintains eighth position with 1-0 record. CFBB at the other side still closes the standings with four games lost. They share the position with Calais. Toulouse will play against La Tronche (#9) on the road in the next round. CFBB will play against Calais and hopes to get finally their first victory.
