We should mention about the upset which took place in San Sebastian, where 6th ranked Araski (2-3) lost to ninth ranked IDK Eustotren (3-3) in a road game 53-59. Mali power forward Meiya Tirera (186-86) notched 19 points and 6 rebounds to lead the effort and Senegalese power forward Oumoul Sarr (185-84) supported her with 10 points and 5 rebounds. Even a double-double of 10 points and 10 rebounds by Mozambican forward Tamara Seda (193-94, college: UTEP) did not help to save the game for Araski. The former international forward Tamara Abalde (190-89) added 13 points. IDK Eustotren moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Ensino and Gernika. Araski lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the ninth position with three games lost. IDK Eustotren's next round opponent will be Zamarat (#12) in Zamora where they are favorite. Araski will play at home against Gernika and hope to win that game.
